Lingonberry Love

Here is a great smoothie recipe by Renee! 

2 tbsp of Lingonberry, fresh or frozen
1 Banana, preferably frozen
4 Dates
1 tbsp of Goji Berries
1 tsp Raw Coconut Oil
2 dl of Water
5 Mint Leaves… and a little extra for decoration :)
 
Its a brilliant smoothie for when you’re feeling a little under the weather.
Lingonberries and goji berries are jam packed with antioxidants which is both anti ageing and lowers the risk of cancer! 
Shhh. Dont tell the doctors.
